A Norfolk man is set to take on a 104-mile trek along the Norfolk Coastal Path to raise funds for YMCA Norfolk.
Andrew Hadley from Taverham will begin his challenge on June 1st, starting from King’s Lynn and walking to Hopton over ten days.
The goal of the walk is to fund a counsellor to support young people leaving foster care, many of whom have faced traumatic experiences in their early lives and need help rebuilding their futures.
Andrew won’t be walking alone for the entire journey—members of local clubs and businesses will join him for some of the ten-mile daily stretches, providing both company and sponsorship.
He is calling on the public to support his fundraising efforts by donating via JustGiving. To contribute, visit the JustGiving page.
His journey will conclude in Hopton on June 11th, marking the completion of his incredible effort to make a difference in young people’s lives.
