Home Instead Norwich has been ranked within the top five percent of health and social care companies worldwide in terms of Care Professional satisfaction.
All employees of the homecare company were invited to take part in an anonymous survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz, with 95% of Care Professionals completing the survey.
Home Instead Norwich are delighted to have received an impressive Care Professional engagement score of 91%, an overall mark showing how supportive the employer is. Compared to an average across the care sector of 69%, this employee engagement rating puts Home Instead as a global leader in their sector and gives them a ‘5 Star’ accreditation.
95% of Care Professionals said they are proud to work for Home Instead, while 100% said they feel confident in their abilities to meet their client’s needs.
Those who receive the company’s care were also surveyed, leading to exceptionally high satisfaction scores. This includes an equally impressive 95% of clients saying they would recommend Home Instead Norwich and 94% of clients saying that their Care Professional has an excellent understanding of their needs.
