Castle Quarter in Norwich has revealed more free activities for families this summer, with a series of appearances from Norfolk’s emergency services teams.
Every Tuesday from 23rd July to 27th August, 10am to 4pm, there will be the chance to meet different members of Norfolk Constabulary, Norfolk Accident and Rescue, Norfolk Fire & Rescue and the RNLI too.
Visitors can learn about what it’s like to work in the police, fire service or rescue teams, try on uniforms and even learn life-saving skills.
Gemma Hyde, Marketing and Administration Manager says; “We’re delighted that the emergency services teams will be joining us again this summer. If you have children who dream of being in the police, fire service or joining a lifeboat crew when they are grown up, please bring them along to say hello and learn more. It’s a chance for everyone to meet some of the people who work so hard to keep us safe. Visitors can also try on uniforms and take some fun photos with our local Norfolk community heroes.”
